UK Delivery charges

UK 1 to 3 days – £3.99 per order

Our delivery service for all UK orders is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £3.99 per order.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery must be ordered by 3pm to get your order by the next day. If orders are made after 3pm on Friday your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please ensure the delivery address is correct as it is not possible to alter this once submitted. We cannot be held liable for an incorrect address input, as they are sent straight to Royal Mail.

We are unable to combine orders together if you have made multiple deliveries, due to our new courier service with Royal Mail. 

Outside UK Delivery charges

All delivery aim figures are in working days except where weeks are stated, and exclude day of posting and Bank Holidays. All international parcels up to 2KG under a Tracked service with Royal Mail.

  • UAE 5-7 days – £15.00
  • USA & Canada 5-7 days – £15.00
  • Australia 5-7 days – £25.00
  • Rest of World* 5-7 days – £30.00

*Including: Israel, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Brazil.

We apologise, however, the countries we cannot ship to as of yet: Bulgaria, Jordan, China, Argentina, Mexica, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa.

NOTE: Important International Delivery Information:

Taxes and Customs Charges may now apply to orders outside the UK. The rate thresholds of these charges differ from country to country and are set by your local government and No Angel is not held responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are payable during the shipment of your order. Therefore, charges will not be applied at the checkout.

Once the goods arrive at your country location, you, the buyer, become responsible for paying import duties, as well as further transport costs. Parcels will be held by customs until payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcels being returned, delayed or destroyed. Customs will contact you for customs charges and delivery, If you do not respond to this in a timely manner your order will be rejected and returned to us with fees to pay, this will be deducted from the refund amount along with shipping costs.

Reasoning:

Following Brexit, the UK will is no longer part of a single market. This means that e-Commerce goods being sold across the UK and EU border will be subject to customs duties and taxes. The final recipient will be notified of the associated costs, and a request to settle duties and taxes will be required in full before the goods are cleared and delivered. In addition to the price of the parcel delivery service. 

Returns policy

EARRINGS AND PERFUME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO HYGIENE !!!

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and must be in the condition sold. We cannot cover the cost of postage returned back to us, this must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

We do not accept return parcels through Evri. Please use Royal Mail or drop your parcel to our Crayford boutique.

Remember to fill in your returns sheet and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us via post or drop off to our address. If you do not have a form, please ensure there is a note with your name, order no and items to return with reasons.

All items must:

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unused/ not worn
  • Have no make­up, fake tan or other marks.
  • Not smelling of washing powder/smoke/perfume etc

*We recommend returning items through a trackable method as we cannot issue a refund on items that are not received or lost in transit in return to us. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

No Angel reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer.

Exchanges – Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you I’m afraid. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.
